Naturopathic Doctors in Minnesota operate as out-of-network providers, so we cannot directly bill insurance companies for our services. Payment is required at the time of service. After your appointment, if you want to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, we can provide you with the necessary documentation to submit on your own.
Some patients receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. Contact your insurance company to understand your specific coverage. Reimbursement varies significantly by plan.
HSA/FSA Payment
Our services are typically covered by Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). You can use your HSA/FSA card for payment during your appointment. Check with your card holder for any specific requirements. If you need documentation or a letter of medical necessity for your HSA/FSA, just let us know.
What We Provide:
If you want to submit for reimbursement, we can provide a superbill that includes:
Diagnostic codes (ICD-10)
Procedure codes (CPT)

Yes! We accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards as payment.
Your HSA/FSA card can be used for:
All naturopathic services and consultations
Laboratory testing ordered through our practice
Supplements purchased at Panka Natural Health or through our online dispensary on Fullscript
Bring your HSA/FSA card to your appointment and we'll process payment directly. Most naturopathic services and medically necessary supplements qualify for HSA/FSA coverage.
Occasionally, HSA/FSA cards may decline certain charges based on your specific account settings or administrator policies. If this happens:
Contact your HSA/FSA administrator first - they can explain any account restrictions
Let us know if you need documentation - we can provide receipts, letters of medical necessity, or other required paperwork to help resolve any coverage questions
Most HSA/FSA issues are easily resolved with proper documentation from our office.
