You've been meaning to find a doctor who looks at the whole picture: the tiredness sleep doesn't fix, the digestion that never settled, the questions that never fit a 15-minute slot. If you live in Minnetonka, that doctor is a short drive away in downtown Hopkins. At Panka Natural Health, a family-owned clinic, adult first visits run two full hours.

For a naturopathic doctor near Minnetonka, Panka Natural Health is about 5 to 15 minutes from most of the city, at 901 1st Street North in downtown Hopkins. There is no Minnetonka office. Drs. How we approach this at Panka Natural Health

Your first adult visit runs two full hours with Dr. Haley or Dr. Jacob Panka, the same two doctors you'll see at every visit. Share your records in the Charm patient portal ahead of time, and your doctor reads them before you sit down. In the visit, we go through your history, examine you, and read your labs through a functional lens. Dr. Haley Panka focuses on women's health and hormones, pediatrics, holistic diabetes care, and healthy aging. Dr. Jacob Panka focuses on fatigue, focus, and stress; heart and metabolic health; the gut-brain connection; men's health; and athletic recovery. Follow-ups run 60 minutes, in Hopkins or by video.

Getting to your naturopathic doctor from Minnetonka

The clinic is in downtown Hopkins at 901 1st Street North, Suite 901A. From Glen Lake, Minnetonka Mills, and neighborhoods along Minnetonka Boulevard, Excelsior Boulevard, and Highway 7, the drive is roughly 5 to 15 minutes. Parking is ample, and it's worth arriving 5 to 10 minutes early for your first visit. If you'd rather walk or ride, the clinic sits on the Lake Minnetonka LRT Regional Trail, which runs west from Hopkins toward Carver Park Reserve, and the Nine Mile Creek Regional Trail connects Hopkins with Minnetonka. Steps at the entrance mean the office isn't wheelchair accessible, so video visits are the alternative.

What a naturopathic doctor can and can't do in Minnesota

Drs. Haley and Jacob Panka each finished a four-year doctoral program at the National University of Natural Medicine. In Minnesota, they are registered naturopathic doctors under state law (Minnesota Statutes chapter 147E). That law does not let them prescribe prescription-only drugs. So hormone therapy, statins, GLP-1 medications, and thyroid hormone stay with your prescribing clinician, and we coordinate with them. We evaluate, read your labs, and build a plan with clinical nutrition, lifestyle counseling, herbal medicine, and supplements. We screen each one for interactions with what you already take. When a question calls for a prescription or a specialist, we say so and help you take it to the right clinician. Integrated care. Honest limits.

What you leave your first visit with

Every first visit ends with a written health plan. After an in-person visit, you'll often have it in hand before you drive home. You also leave with a welcome packet and handouts chosen for your situation. Reviewing your history, prior labs, and imaging is built into the visit, not billed on top of it. When we read labs, we look past whether a value is flagged and watch the pattern over time, since a result inside the range isn't always where you feel best. If more testing would help, your other providers may be able to order some tests through insurance, or you can pay cash for testing through us.

One family practice, from infants to grandparents

We see children from infancy through age 21, at reduced pricing. Pediatric visits are shorter and can be extended when needed. Children come in for eczema, digestive upset, recurrent infections, allergies, or sports performance. Many Minnetonka adults come to Dr. Haley for natural hormone support: irregular or painful cycles, PMOS/PCOS, and perimenopause sleep and hot flashes. Others come for cholesterol and blood sugar, energy and focus, and digestion. From Minnetonka, you can mix formats: a first visit in person in Hopkins, then follow-ups by video from home or work. Saturday appointments are available if you book ahead. There are no memberships, only optional, discounted 3- and 6-visit follow-up packages, for adults and for kids.
