Naturopathic Doctor Near
St. Louis Park, One Town Over
You've done the appointment, the referral, and the blood work, and heard the same verdict: everything looks normal. Meanwhile you still don't feel like yourself. Panka Natural Health is one town over in downtown Hopkins, where an adult first visit runs two full hours and you see the same two doctors every time.
If you're looking for a naturopathic doctor near St. Louis Park, Panka Natural Health is a family-owned clinic about 10 to 15 minutes west, at 901 1st Street North in downtown Hopkins. We don't have a St. Louis Park office. Drs. Haley and Jacob Panka offer two-hour adult first visits, a functional read of your labs, messaging included with no membership, and telehealth for patients located in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
How we approach this at Panka
Before you come in, you upload your recent labs, imaging, and specialist notes to the Charm portal and share them with your doctor. Reviewing them is built into your visit, not billed on top of it. The adult first visit runs two full hours: your whole story, a head-to-toe exam at in-person visits, and your labs, read marker by marker and compared over time. Dr. Haley focuses on women's health and hormones, pediatrics, holistic diabetes care, and healthy aging. Dr. Jacob focuses on fatigue, focus, and stress, cardiovascular and metabolic health, gut–brain physiology, and men's health. You leave with a written plan, often in hand before you walk out of an in-person visit. Follow-ups run 60 minutes. Secure messaging with your doctor is included between visits, with no membership. When a message turns into clinical work, like reviewing new labs or changing your plan, it's billed as a review.
Seeing a naturopathic doctor from St. Louis Park
Most of St. Louis Park is about 10 to 15 minutes from the clinic, west on Excelsior Boulevard or Highway 7 into downtown Hopkins. The clinic is at 901 1st Street North, Suite 901A, with ample parking in front of and behind the building. The entrance is up four steps with handrails on both sides, plus a small step at the building door. The office is not wheelchair accessible. If stairs are a barrier, choose a virtual visit with the same two doctors. Virtual visits work when you're physically in Minnesota or Wisconsin at the time of the visit, and you pick in-person or virtual each time you book.
Breaking the appointment, referral, normal-labs loop
You probably know the loop: a short visit, a referral, a standard panel, a result inside the reference range, and back to the start. Each appointment handles one piece, and there's rarely time to put the pieces together. The two-hour first visit is built for that. There's room to walk through your history from the beginning and look for the patterns underneath your symptoms. You'll also talk through the diet and lifestyle changes that matter most for you. If more testing makes sense, it's chosen for your history rather than run the same way on everyone. Your other providers may be able to order some tests through insurance, or you can pay cash for testing through us. One honest limit: a longer visit doesn't promise one tidy answer. Two full hours to hear your whole story.
Working with your St. Louis Park care team
You may already have a primary care clinician in St. Louis Park, and a specialist or two. Keep them. We work alongside your care team, not instead of it. Drs. Haley and Jacob Panka each completed a four-year doctoral program at the National University of Natural Medicine, are registered naturopathic doctors in Minnesota, and are also licensed in Wisconsin. Before your first visit, share your recent labs, specialist notes, and medication list, and tell us who prescribes what. Minnesota law doesn't let naturopathic doctors prescribe prescription-only drugs, so prescription hormone therapy, statins, thyroid hormone, and GLP-1 medications stay with your prescriber. When a question comes up about starting, stopping, or changing one, we work it out with that clinician, not around them. We also screen every supplement and herb for interactions with what you already take.
This visit may fit if…
You've been through rounds of appointments and referrals, your labs keep coming back normal, and you still don't feel right.
You want time to connect symptoms that keep getting handled separately, like fatigue, digestion, sleep, and hormones.
You want natural therapies chosen on evidence and checked against the medications you already take.
You'd like one clinic for the whole family, from infants to grandparents.
See someone else first if…
Chest pain, trouble breathing, face drooping, trouble speaking, sudden weakness or numbness, a sudden severe headache, or confusion: call 911. For thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988.
Blood in your stool or urine, unexplained weight loss, a fever that won't break, or new or worsening headaches: see your primary care clinician promptly.
You need a prescription started, stopped, or changed: that belongs with your prescribing clinician, and we'll coordinate with them.

Common questions
Do you have an office in St. Louis Park?
No. Our only office is in downtown Hopkins, about 10 to 15 minutes west. If driving doesn't fit your week, you can see us by video while you're physically in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
Do you take insurance?
We're a direct-pay practice and out-of-network with all insurers. We provide a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and we accept HSA and FSA cards. Medicare and Medicaid do not reimburse naturopathic services in Minnesota. There's no membership. Current fees are always on the scheduling page.
Do you see kids from St. Louis Park?
Yes. We care for the whole family and see children from infancy through age 21 at reduced pricing. Pediatric visits are shorter than the two-hour adult first visit and can be extended when needed.
